Check in: Keys are located in key-safes at the entrance to the apartments. These can be accessed from 2pm onwards.
Check out:by 10.30am
No show on check-in date will be regarded as a cancellation.
In the event of early departure guests will be liable for the full cost of their booked stay.
In the event of a cancellation, deposits will be refunded provided that 14 days notice is given. There is a £15 administration charge in the event of a cancellation. If the fourteen day notice of cancelation is not given the full amount of the stay will be charged. If you need to change your booking to an alternative date we do our best to accommodate your request. However any changes would need to be made fourteen days prior to the arrival date of the original booking. An administration charge will not be made but only one date change is permissible. In the event that the changes affect a different room rate the higher rate will prevail.
We do not accept stag or hen parties. Any such booking will be declined on arrival, with no refund offered.
No bookings taken for children under the age of fourteen.
We have a strict No Smoking policy throughout the apartments and common areas. Guests who fail to observe this policy will be asked to leave immediately, no refund will be offered and a charge of £100 will be taken for deep cleaning.
Any damage or loss to the property or fixtures and fittings will be charged for.
Lost keys will be charged at £20 per set.
There is free parking on and off road.
Free WIFI is available.
We strongly advise you have travel insurance in case of any unexpected cancelation.

Payments

A deposit or prepayment of 50 percent of your stay is taken when the booking is made, the balance will be due and taken 2 weeks prior to the start of your stay.
